The provision of common and particular personal data is strictly necessary for the performance referred to in point 2).

5. Refusal to provide data.

Your refusal to provide personal data, in the case referred to in point 4), makes it impossible to provide the services referred to in point 2).

6. Data communication.

The Data Controller may communicate your personal data to the persons in charge of processing and to any data processors appointed by the same. For the purposes referred to in point 2) and to all those subjects whose communication is necessary for the correct performance of the services requested. we reserve the right to appoint in case of need. appointees.

In your capacity as an interested party, you have the right to exercise the following rights:

a) right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and opposition to the processing of data;

b) the right to obtain, without impediment, from the data controller the data in a structured format of common use and legible by an automatic device to transmit them to another data controller, if technically feasible;

c) the right to withdraw the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent acquired before the revocation;

d) the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.

The exercise of the rights listed above does not imply any burden on you. On the other hand, you may be required to pay a reasonable contribution if, by exercising the right of access, you request a plurality of copies of your personal data and, in the event that your requests are manifestly groundless, excessive or repetitive. In the latter case, the Holder, as an alternative to the request for expenses, may refuse to satisfy your request.

11. How to exercise rights.
