We select the best ingredients paying particular attention to the Eastern Veneto area yet still paying respect to the most sought after tradition of Italian cuisine. All products are chosen based on their freshness, as well as their organic and nutritious qualities.
We get them daily at the local fish, and fruit and vegetable markets as well as from selected producers.
With great care and timing we work hard to preserve all the special flavours and fragrances that go into our preparations.
The breakfast of homemade cakes, jams which are prepared by our own chef Orlando, the selection of local meats and cheeses all have a single goal: to enable you to discover for yourselves the pleasures of this deeply-rooted local cuisine.
